Why cant the Hindus and Muslims just agree to disagree when it comes to Religion? Obviously each is going to go all out to defend their own religion... however the truth is that we are what we are taught to be from when we are born.. our mind set about idol worship or reading the Koran are things that have been ingrained in us since birth and we think that it is what comes naturally to us and hence it is the right path to God... As long as one thinks and does good in this world... how in the world does it make a difference if you pray to a cow, a snake, an idol or some non idol concept of God?? This discussion of whats the right path will never end for sure... I think its better for each of us to concentrate on improving ourselves as Human beings than to argue endlessly on a problem with no possible understanding...

Great thoughts. Its like telling a carnivorous animal to give up its prey. Islam is like that, you got to stare back at the animal and tame it.. else its bound to attack and kill. Thats its nature and a natural state. This is what changed the culture of Budhism/hinduism from Usbekistan to Indonesia... the west is only getting a window of what India has endured for a millenium. I wonder what the result would be, but if i learn from history ,i am not optimistic. For ever if its Islam that prevails in the end, the results is going to be Iraq ( shia-sunni will kill each other to death). May be this is nature's way of saying there are too may people!!!
