Use of religion for political and secessionist purposes is reprehensible and a throwback to medieval times.SIMI certainly falls into the category of organizations who spread hate through religion. The fact that some people fall for it (irrespective of whether these are Christian, Hindu or Muslim fundamentalists) is a telling commentary on the lack of sceintific temper among those people. When will we start discussing real issues like poverty, corruption, lack of accountability in the Government? Organizations like SIMI end up diverting all of us from attacking real issues and are therefore not only anti-national but also anti-people.

I totally agree with you..but as long these ISLAMIC zelaots are not eliminated from the country..the people of INDIA will always be talking about religion no matter what....
