its truely disgusting...ppl cheating and obtaining desired results...and then getting benefit of quota...at the cost of deserving candidates.

Yes.. and this is how Bihar is the state that has given highest number of ISI officers to India.

We should ask for the performance report of the departments which are handled by all those ISI Officers from Bihar under RTI ACT...
