the Chinese have long understood that the new paradigm is trade, not weapons. we are still getting out of the old world prism. especially most of our older politicians, unable to get out of their mindset. the growth in china has been explosive at the cost of environment and several issues. we can take a leaf out of their development, and avoid their mistakes.
this is a welcome development. we should move forward with due diligence.

You are Wrong Saying that china is not interested in Weapons. It has Smuggled HiTech weapon Tech from US for most of the past Decade. And it is Trying to Bring new Blood in to its Defence Or to Say Revamp its Military by 2050 AD
