Give some location after RAW has set up surveillance system in a area with no propaganda value if at all. They are better kept in Delhi. So no Jinna house.

Hand over Jinnah house to Pakistan for their consulate only after renaming it "India House" or "Gandhi Bhavan".

All this is totally unnecessary because the building call Jinnah House is in Mumbai and Mumbai is a big toilet. Therefore it doesn't matter. This wish has automatically been fulfilled.

If you don't believe me, arrive in Mumbai by any train, early in the morning and you will be greeted by thousands of people "using" the toilet in open air and in full view!!

Having said that, Jinnah house could be built anywhere near the railway tracks!! It will be both Jinnah and sulabh!!
