  RE:Few facts about Karnataka
by Kannan on Feb 09, 2007 08:24 AM   Permalink
utter nonsense...
1) the development of Blr is due to the peoples of India. it's not due to any particular race or linguistic people.otherwise it would have still remained a laid back city like all other places in Karnataka.
2)and let's not forget Tamilnadu, karnataka.etc., came into being after 1947..so no body can claim anything..it shows your poor education. if white man was still ruling and we didnt have States then i dont forsee any problem. all of us would have gladly accepted it.do we have prob accepting ourselves than accepting whiteman
3)and regarding the article in deccan herald it's plain stupid making people panic

Let's face it.. future is going to be fight over resources..land ,water, food, etc., so we should plan and make better use of it instead using ur learning for abuse.
and beieve me no one likes violence.. let's not make great south into a Kashmir..south is more civilised.. but after seeing the posts i am ashamed in being a south indian. be civilized guys...

1) the dev* - Do'nt try 2 mislead by ur stupid logic Mr.K. Bangalore was the only place which received attn by the govt being political capital of KA. There r lot of other places which have grt potential, but not urbanised by govt due to lack of intrest.Do'nt potray that as incapablity. This world is not so abundant with charity that all these so called devolopers set on mission"lets devolop B'lore".
Stop living in fantasy world. This is the problem with u people. Wherever u go u start claiming.

Yogesh,

Your view is completely true. And your points on kannadiga's broad-minded nature are very logical and hit the mark, bang on target.
If looked at it from any angle, you see that, kannadigas are a very non-voilent,sensible, level-headed group. I dont understand why Tamilians are so emotional, foolish and immatured people.
If you see the 'so called' celebrities in TN, most of them are non-tamilians......
1) Jayalalitha - kannadiga
2) MGR - Malayali
3) Rajanikant - Marathi(from Bangalore)

If you see the above statistics, most of the above are respected an hailed just because they were clever enough to tap the emotional foolishness of tamilians,by speaking their native language and behave like a tamilian.
In short, Tamilians only give respect to anyone, who speaks tamil,no matter who, what or where they are from. Emotional idiots.
kannadigas are not like that...they dont force you to speak kannada. They will respect you for what you are,not for what language you speak are which state you are from.Which is why, even today, so many people prefer to come down to Bangalore and settled down. But kannadigas' respect(s), if mistreated, will be dealt with severely. But your guys(tamilians) have the cheek to come down to karnataka, reap its benefit and still kick it in its own face. We (kannadigas) have had enough of it. This time, there is no looking back. So either buckle up or get lost.

Hi, You can say even Tamilians are not Tamils. They are just Indians and their mother tongue in Tamil. Thanks.
