Don't comment if you don't know exact situation.Do you agree if Karnataka receives less water than Tamilnadu although tamilnadu is having good underground water level. Nobody wants quarrel with neighbours,its are all happening due to bad politics. Please understand the truth. Cauvery belongs to everyone, its not own property.

What are you trying to explain. Hope you are a educated gentleman. The verdict is given after doing a lot of study on both the states. Even then you are going to say injustice has been done, please travel to southern part of the cauvery delta region and you will understand how much the farmers are affected. Even then you are not satisfied then no body can help.
