Kashmir and Iran
by Anurag Shrivastava on Feb 07, 2007 10:03 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

Should someone tell us to solve Kashmir issue through peaceful means ? Americans fear terror from the middle-east and they will take proactive steps to stop that. They made mistakes with Pakistan - having turned blind eye to its nuclear ambitions in the war with Soviets. Ahmedijad has threatened to wipe out Israel - so should Israel wait for Iran to develop nukes or wipe out Iranian facilities before it wipes out Israel. These issues have no correct ethical answers. The fittest and the proactive shall inherit the earth. Iran is a threat to India - with nuclear weapons as an umbrella - they can instigate Islamic revolution in India. And then we deal with Pakistan and we deal with Iran. In our quest to find people who oppose American imperialism - we should not allow forces which are a clear and present danger to us to gain ground.

So u want America Should continue its dominancy in middle east & Asia. Remember America & Israel which doesn't have any recognition before 1950s r both self interested countries working together & they can attack any country even India for their self interest at any time ignoring even the UN & regarding nuclear threat of Iran I suggest u that u should first ask the nuclear power developed countries to destruct their nuclear arms first & then ask for others to avoid it.

Its not a question of what I want ... its a question of what is needed by America and Israel. Their policies support their self interest and any leader who does not pursue self interest is a traitor to that nation. You may not like Bush's actions in middle east - but post 911 - the war on terror is not being fought on the streets of Los Angeles but on streets of Baghdad, Kabul , Moghadishu , Beirut and Islamabad. He has done what he needed to do protect American soil. That is patriotism. And he has done that despite being very unpopular at the moment both at home and abroad.
It is not surprising that we have allowed a pest country like Bangaladesh to be a staging base for attacks in Assam and treat our soldiers like dirt or for that matter allow LTTE to exist after assassinating our popular former PM Rajiv Gandhi. If we cannot respect ourselves - does not mean we should poke our nose when others start doing it.
