You are right. Indians talk nonsense. No wonder it has become insignificant country. India is a toothless tiger which knows only talking. Other countries act and India only talks nonsense. mainly because of old and dying politicians like Pranab. No other country has so old and useless politicians.

I DO NOT AGREE AT ALL. PRANAB MUKHERJEE IS THE ABLE FOREIGN MINISTER WE HAVE GOT AND RIGHT FROM BEGINING OUR POSITION IS SAME AND NO CHANGE SHOULD BE THERE. LET USA,UK,CHINA AND RUSSIA AND FRANCE DESTROY THEIR NUCLEAR WARHEADS AND THEN TALK TO OTHERS REGARDING NON PROLEFERATION.
