Water Availability

with such intense heat starting early in the year now, one is not sure whether there will sufficient water available till Apr-07. 210tmc, 195tms, 270 tmc can right now be on papers for sure !!!

Hi,
In destress times, the proportion will be reduced on a % basis...It is not 192 tmc if rainfall falls below 50%
