But, sometimes one gets a feeling, why should they treat Rastrapati Bhavan with Respect? We have a president (with all those credentials) still unable to decide on Afzal case in last 4 months. It feels like, Our President has no respect for our Judiciary. Otherday, he signed Reservation bill in a matter of hours (without a slightest of concerns for parity). If Presidents dont assert their powers, but, stick to their "Kursi", then this is what we get (eventhough, we dont deserve this).

Our Rashtrapati cannot decide on the matter until the HOME MINISTER (another congress, gandhi fan too gentle to be a man) send the file to him. Honorable HOME (10 Janpath for all practicle purposes) MINISTER is still trying to decipher the coded language (simple english) so as to make up his mind. CONGRESS seems to be waiting for the Kalam saab to go out of office before they install one of their choice before sending the Afazal file. I can declare with 100% gurantee that Afzal Shall be released irrespective of what everyone else has to say.
The future of this country is blackboard till we have honorable gandi (sorry it is mistake in hurry please read Gandhi) family and CP (corrupt or congress (I do not know) party).

But, if we buy your reason then - Can't our President ask for these files publicly? Both are party here. Whatever his contribution (excellent) to DRDO, Kalam as a President has been more of a disappointment than anything else.
