Cauvery - issue
by on Feb 07, 2007 12:19 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

This is certainly not fare.

Cauvery%u2019s Birth place being in Karnataka giving less water to the people of Karnataka does not make sense and thinking scientifically Karnataka has all the reason for demanding more water. We understand that all 3 states including Pondicherry needs water. But please go the scientific way in solving this problem.

Also just to add one more thing, I know this is not related to the Cauvery issue, but I want to get answer from who ever reads this.

Being in the software industry we come across many Tamilians, it%u2019s really sad, that these people don%u2019t even think as what Karnataka has given to them. They come in search of jobs, get a good software job, earn loads of money and finally crib about the city.

When the verdict was given you need to see these people clapping & being so happy that there state has received more water. DON%u2019T THEY LIVE HERE!!!!!

When they get less water everyday these same people start blaming the city.

Why can%u2019t they think that we all are Indians first? Is this the way one needs to behave?

SHAME ON TAMILIANS!!!!!!

Dear Friend,

Let's think that in the reverse way. If you are working in chennai and the judgement will give more water for Karnataka, will you be not happy clapping ur hands being in chennai. Every tamilians respect the place where they live and also worship the place where they are from.

Guyz...Chennai is much better than bangalore. The country's economic development depends more on manufacturing not only on IT. Even Any IT company which needs to setup its shop in Bangalore requires IT Ministry approval(One Tamilian)...Got it..

I Completely agree that bangalore has offered lot to people from all over india. Still it has and it will. Every indian has the rights to work in any state if he/she has the WILL and SKILL. Chennai is not very far from B'lore in terms of IT and leader in Automobiles and Telecom. People from Karnataka and all other states are welcome here to work.
