Better utilise 10000 crores for the betterment of poor people in India.Better to start bullet trains .Lot of time and money can be saved.

it is 400 crores u moron, much less than temples ,mosques and other religious places get in donations just to be gobbled by their leaders

By your logic, we should stop funding all high research until poverty is alleviated. I did touch on most of the points in my previous post, so I wont go over them here.
Bullet trains are a bigger waste of money because they will be so expensive that nobody but the middle class will be able to afford them. And with air tickets so cheap, why would anyone want to travel by a bullet train unless it is luxurious? (Not having to sit in economy class)
Why does any country invest in science and exploration? If something new is discovered, it will be the result of true indian scientists, not people of Indian origin who went to US to make discoveries that they couldnt in their native land due to the lack of facilities...
