To day it is more clear

I think from Y'day to today it is more clear..
Karnataka has to release only 192 TMCs of water..Where as the interim ordered Karnataka to release 205 TMC of water which KN did last year..
So Infact Karnataka will be saving atleast 13 TMC s of water.. 2ndly all water in Cauvery is not originated in KN similar to Godavari in AP(Which i know better coz i am from AP) out 470 190 they get from KN rest of the water is collected with in TN state only..
I haven't read full text so i am not sure...only one thing what happens if in a particular year Cauvery doesn't have 740 TMC? I think they might have addressed ...if one know pl let me know..one thing for sure ...B'Lore is most beautiful city and Face of indian IT no doubt it...and karnataka is most multi culture and multi linguival state in india ...make no mistake no body has any thing aganist karnataka ..let us accept the judgment as it is till KN Govt takes further action..let us not develop hatism ....MERA BHARATH MAHAAN

In deficit years, all state's share will be deducted proportionally. So TN will take a bigger hit because its share is bigger.
We might quibble about the numbers, but clearly, the intent of the judgement is fair. I hope the CMs can meet and come up with final numbers in the spirit of give and take instead of indulging in any more political brikmanship.

In this regard, I have great hopes of Mr. Kumarasamy and Mr. Karunanidhi. They both seem much more mature leaders than Ms. Jayalalitha and Mr. SM Krishna.
