Karnataka does not adhere to the supreme court judgement, humiliate the Tamils' sentiments, blackout Tamil programs, work against the national integration. Doesn't this call for a disciplinary action against this state?

getting into others shoes will be uncomfortable.. if for irrigating 18 lakh hectrs of area karnataka it needs 450 TMc then plz tell me how much is reqd to irrigate 25 lakh hectres..
