When India can share waters with Pakistan & Bangaladesh in a diplomatic way , why not Karnataka with Tamilnadu. Let us all think that when flooding happens in Cauvery, whether Karanaka can take the same stand as it takes during dry season by not allowing water through dams built. No one can stop water from it is natural way of flowing. The issue is to be rationally though out than emotively as always taken in Karnataka.
