What basis do you welcome this justice. karnataka is having al lteh rights to have more shares on Cauvery water.

T N and Karnataka have equal share. Its a natural resource. No one ever has control over it.

No one in india can say that he owns more natural resources or others can have more...we are democracy and i think we should have election like one in US on different issues along with the normal elections. (not twice)..we should vote for various issues...and that should settle the issue...
