1962 Border War caused by Nationalist Indians
by Charles on Aug 03, 2007 07:19 AM   Permalink

Why do Indians always scream and shout about the 1962 border war? This is the most often cited hatred against China (and leads to insults about the Chinese people). Think about this, Nehru was given warning. Indian troops kept advancing into disputed Chinese territory where Chinese guards were already at post. Chinese troops told Indian troops who they had friendly relations with the previous years that they had to go back. Indian troops from the order of the Nationalist leader told them to proceed. Indian troops shot and killed Chinese soldiers first and continued to occupy and advance. China gave warning 3times, contacted Nehru and even spoke to Russia before deciding India had to stop. China pushed the soldiers back and in doing so some were killed. Chinese lost 3000, Indians 4000. Chinese after pushing India back left and kept what they had said was originally theirs. Now Indian people, you are very smart and logical so explain why a tyrant country who you hate and don't trust didn't just kept going and take over everything. Could they have of course but Hindi-Chini bhai bhai was still in their heads. Compare this with what Japan did to China: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Second_Sino-Japanese_War

Stop the hatred and move forward with your great civilization, make friends and peace with chinese people (they do not hate you) and make the world a better place.
