The roads are in a state of MESS, WATER, SLUMS & DRAINAGE IS ANOTHER PROBLEM, REAL ESTATE HAS FLOURISHED BY BUILDING ON DE ZONING GREEN LAND, CORRUPTION IS RAMPANT, DVELOPMENT TAKES PALCE IN NAME OF FESTIVALS & GAMES FOR A LIMITED PERIOD OF FEW DAYS & MONTHS. Congressmen know how to enter through the backdoor so well that they do not care if they win or lose! This story of incumbents losing is almost recurring in every place, and it shows that corporators or other elected representatives work more for their interests than to serve those elect them.
