yeah our performance in sports is abysmal .. well blame it on the social structure here , where kids are forced to concentrate on education than anything else. The other things you can blame on is the lack of interest in non-cricket sports in India, hence no sponsors for other games /sports. Its basically the case of what came first chicken or the egg in India. Same case as how when you apply for a job, you get turned down for lack of experience , but then if no one employs you, how will you get the experience.

ok fine...lets have a genuine debate....so according to you not winning medals in olympics means that india will stop growin... no doubt indians are not good sports people coz here we give more emphasis to education...so you find them more in other areas which requires technical skills...the second point... plzz understand this fact even in NASA about 20% employees are indians... u go to any part of the world u will find an indian wid a white collar job....when we are giving so much of skilled ppl to this world then we are also directly contributin to the GDP....boss go n chk how MNC's are fightin for IIM students ...

U talk about $25000 GDP in european nation... yeah i still remember my sick experiences in sweden where the beggars who are always in drugs and disturbin others... so dangerous... anyways drugs so easily available so cant xpect more than that... and hey ur right indians workin in that part of the world are earning $25000 and even europeans in there weekends comin back to there indian frds and beggin money for there parties... and by the way wat is the size of europe... any idea about there density of population per square meter... like netherlands is shrinking on yearly basis... its been said that widin 2050 netherland will be half the size wat it is now.... and again indians are not comin cheap.... europe is gettin cheap... they have no options.... or china will gulp them lol
