i dont see the point. unless ISI is significantly weakened, there's no point in any kind of war on terror. US funds that are granted to pakistan army are routed thru ISI to any terror outfit all over the world against any country. unless ISI is stopped , we arent seeing any change in terrorism levels all over the world. ever.
