It's not always the Leaders, rather it's the people of a country defines/makes that country. Same is the case here, since 42% (almost half) are in adoration of AQ, Pakistan itself has become one land of AQ's. Now coming to Musharraf not done it - The author is telling it from the assumption that AQ had killed Benazir Bhutto. But the possibility of killing her is more with ISI and we all know Musharraf's main agenda is India Bashing without which he cannot survive since 42% of the people's support is always good for him. Now who else is his ideal partner in this agenda other than ISI. It can never be Benazir Bhutto. I am not saying Benazir Bhutto will oppose ISI in it's activities, it's that she doesn't simply have power to oppose the ISI which is a sort of "All'arrgh' powerful", male chauvinists including Musharraf. My guess is that ISI did it in collusion with Musharraf and this author has been paid by ISI.
