To counter the continuous threat of terrorism by state sponsored ISI, India needs to develop a counter attacking, proxy system same as that of Pakistan. We should not indulge in terrorist activities, but start eleminating top and middle level ISI officers and agents. Right in Pakistan. Kidnap that Don and bring him to India. This way, ISI will fear India and will be in complete disarray to conduct any such terror activities in India.

if the link with ISI is proven. no need of trials. just kill them. no life imprisonment pleease. Just shoot. Anybody who is helping ISI and prmoting the idea of destroying the mother land should be killed by any means. By legally or illegally ACCEPTABLE irrespective of their religion.

I meant that India should ensure law and order inside it's own territory so there is no room for disgruntled elements.
and I do not agree with your logic of killing illegally. That is jungle law and not acceptable in democracy.
