Yes, if they gain the confidence of all tamils in Srilanka, whom LTTE claim they represent. It is a pity that the attitude of LTTE has undermined the genuine suffering of the Tamils in Srilanka in the eyes of the world. The successive Srilanka Governments are treating the Tamils as second grade citizens in their own country.
