It is true that Congress and Commies are at their Lowest as on Now. But they have enough time to consolidate in case Parliament continues.

BJP / NDA has a lot to work and also come out with an agenda which is acceptable to all RELEGIONS as well as ALL CASTES.

UP / BIHAR Are caste based.
Bengal is Commie terorised.
Kerala is perhaps back to Congress mood.
Tamil Nadu is Dravidian vs Aryan ( still in prehistoric mood)

Karnataka may join in with BJP.

I believe every state has unique issues.
Each state is not Gujrat or HP.

MODI is indeed Chrishmatic and ofcourse Gujratis are well linked with UK / USA and they face and hear a lot against ISLAM in those countries Too. That is where Gujrat became a unique case, which SONIA can not comprehend.

I have seen Nav Nirman days.
I have seen Chiman Bhai and Madhav Singh Solanki days and coupled with was Congress follies. And I was not alone in Witnessing that, whole lot of Gujrat knows Bad deeds of Congress .

It will take special efforts for Congress to prove that they are not Wolves in Sheep skin.

In AP, it has no alliance. TDP (Chandrababu) is not going to support NDA. They might get support of TRS which is very week now. Congress is going to keep seats for now in AP.
