Before NDA govt came to power, many of us used to drool about the state of roads in western countries. Then came golden quadrilateral which started in war footing. I got to see first hand the effect of change of power. The day UPA came to power, the work on golden quadrilateral came to a stand still. The very first day. Till date, they have not been able to manage to get this done. The only chance of this circuit getting completed is if it gets renamed to "minority quadrilateral" or if NDA/BJP comes back to power

Hey... lot of work are going on on places where the DMK minister (TR BALU) can earn handsomely... dont forget that! You can see lot of selfish contractors taking contracts for building roads etc. with hugely substandard quality... courtesy.. TR Balu & co.
