I am not sure which of the 4 countries you belong to :-). Your idea indicates you are not Indian. Because, most indian may be willing to merge with Nepal and Bhutan, but not with Pakistan and Bangladesh.
Assuming that the USI you are talking about happens someday, it will not good tight for long. The resulting breakage will give birth to many more pieces than that got united.
India is far from 'united' even with it's existing states. It is by gods grace that the North and South are holding together for 60 years now.

India is together despite not being homogenous is because of the policies of nehru and Gandhi. India did not go for theocratic military rule. India went for secular democracy. India is struggling but it is not colapsing. Pakistan stands as an example to the world that military dictatorship and theocracy fails. India is following the right path. India is having some growing pains now but we can be hopeful it can improve.

What a crazy thought.
It is not possible because of great hostility and even if it is possible, here is why being an Indian you should not think about it
1) Terrorism which comes into India by way of infiltration will become part of mainland India 2) We will be most populus country in the world. 3) It will be threat to all the Hindu's to have Jehadis roaming around us freely 4) While India is doing great on economic front, this will trigger a backward journey 5) Peace, which is still rare commodity in India will only be in our dreams. 6) Pakistan has no development, no industries that means adding 400 useless million people without any extra resources.
So please keep these weird thought confined to your brain.

Congress and Communists will be happy though. They will further justify the Muslim reservation based on the new composition. The Leftist "historians" and "eminent persons" will in fact twist the naked history to write volumes that it was India which joined Pakistan and Bangladesh and not the other way around, and hence Indians should take a secondary role and should not insist on secular constitution anymore.
