I feel you are wrong. America is thoroughly professional in such dealings. They know what the output they want and they work towards its.
It is difficult to acheieve supremacy but much tougher to maintain that. When you reach a particular higher level, it becomes very difficult to move up , so the best way to eliminate competition is to destroy the one competing and creating insecurity and competition at lower levels.
America already did their best to screw and break apart USSR.
Do you think America dont know that majority of funds provided by USA to pakistan for fighting Osama Bin laden been used to upgrade their armoury against INDIA??
The Arms race and insecurity in the Asia is a requirement of USA.
The only concern for USA is China and who are capable to give them a tough fight for supremacy in the Earth.
