What is conversion?
by Dheeraj Akula on Dec 27, 2007 07:32 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Conversion is same as a son or daughter ditching his parents.

Conversion is same as a politician changing political parties for the sake of money.

I accept that the lower castes are ill-treated by upper castes, but conversion does not solve the problem. The problem has to be handled in a different way.

Even after seeing the problems the country faced because of religion-related issues, if still people continue conversions, then they must be branded as unpatriotic.

what about sarabjit. He is languishing in a Pakistani jail. If sarabjit were a christian then we would have seen strict diplomatic action and PM in sadness. When amarnath yatris were gunned down no media were interested in reporting. When an adivasi women was chased to nudity, no human rights commission guys were interested. They are all behind modi and hindus. Who knows if this is really the work of the so calledcommunal forces. It could be the handiwork of secular forces to garner votes for the LS elections.

@sarfarosh

My heartfelt condolences & deepest sympathies for all the victims regardless of religion. I dont why or how you assume people of other religions dont care about the plight of victims of other religions?

The bottom line is we need to start demanding justice & fairness for all.
