am in US and been to europe as well. I have never seen any one fighting for church..well they hardly care for church..people over here are so busy in work and so dedicated to their work there is not time or place for church or such religious issue. I can say jesus or churches are brought into India by western countries but these days these countries themselve are not caring for. Why there is fight for jesus or church in India ? I think the mindset of people is laid back or is of stone age in India..thats why they are fighting for such Isuee. I agree these missionaries are converting tribal people into christianity.One question here is what these VHP..RSS or whatever hindu organisations are doing. Have they ever tried to listen to tribal people's plight ? Have they ever gone to tribal areas to spread the message of Gita or any message of hindu saints..most likely answer is NO..if Missionaries can go or can pump money from abroad to convert people why we Hindus in our own country do something or spread message of our religion to help poor people stay in Hinduism..This fighting is out of question I know whenevr such issue comes in India a few local goons make good street fight on the name of RSS or VHP..This is not justified..

then what r u doing here on rediff and in western..get lost and join ur brigade of army to save ur religion and try to spread religion on grass root level to the tribal..bengoli like u can bark over rediff only..get some life..
This barbaric acts by VHP can never be justified. Christian missionaries are easy target for them as they never retalliate like muslims..This is a shame for the whole hinduism.
hey bajrangi, you are no one to safeguard hindus..get lost.. If the whole mulsims come together hindus are nothing in front of them.. In such a situation, if muslims and christians join hands then hindus will be in ashes flowing thru river ganges..mind it

The real meaning of religion is 'dharma' means the values which makes us exist on this earth for the development, preservation, protection and enrichment of our body, mind, emotions, intellect, creativity and consciousness. Hence, to do so intelligently we create education systems, economic priorities to build better houses, cars, deal with natural disasters, deal with diseases effectively, and thus figure out ways to deal with problems and issues and thus pursue science, arts, communications, research, interdependent thinking, technological innovation to include as many people as possible to make our lives better. People falsely go to gurus, read holy books, worships all kinds of things misunderstood, as things like Shiva means freedom, Saraswati means knowledge, is not available in temples but in education, industry, work and so for. We compete and plays sports to be healthy, develop our mind with music and so on. Religion is One and simple. People confuse.

There will be no more conversion if majority of people know and pursue what has been written above by me. All the priests and clerics will understand that they are fraud and start running away.
