MY GUT FEELING IS THAT THIS SPEECH WAS WRITTEN BY THE TEAM OF RAHUL, SACHIN PILOT,JYOTHIRADITYA SINDHYA AND OTHER MISUGUIDED YOUTH OF CONGRESS.

And the congressmen say that if Sonia had not made that statement, Modi would have used some other excuse. Purely hypothetical. Ofcourse, Mr. Arnab Goswami of Times Now will nod his head in total agreement of the Congressmen's statement. He may even say "I totally agree".
