being proud of being a hindu in a secular nation is unessential ....should whites be proud of being white in america ? wouldnt that be called racism? while no one is asking for hindus to hide or be apolegetic about their hindu identity ...that identity has no place in the public sphere...thats all!!!
the hindu sense of grevience is completely misplcaed and is stoked by the BJP and its ilk who would like eevry hindu to believe that ONLY they can make sure that the hindu interest is kept in mind ..
it is sad that nationalism that india now is proud of borders on xenophobia as well as communalism ...and just because young indians in the US agree does not make it right !!! firstly they are not indians so one would hope they worry about baarack/ obama/ clinton and leave the country they left behined alone ...we do not need pravisis opinions !!!
