For Mahatama not only represented Satya and Ahimsa, he also represents Vievka Shakti. His Ahimsa was not that of weak but that of strong. He was a follower of Gita.

ABV, when he came to US to meet then Prez Clinton, his first visit after the N-tests, presented a bust of Gandhiji. The significance of the Vievka Shakti, hopefully would not be lost on you and you can confirm it with your own research!

If you understand the truth of Gandhi's role in India's independence, he never believed in democracy or people's choice. He worked more for the imperial England than for the Indian congress intentions for total independence. Even this is mentioned by the latest book of Tarror, where the author mentions Nehru's declaration of sampoorna swarj in 1929 is not well taken by Gandhi. Now the Indian national congress, so called taken the inheretance of the pre-indepenedence congress run by mother and son have no interest in democracy but they wants to run the government heading with a non lok sabha member

Why don't you read Gandhiji's work in original. There is a book set called 'Complete Works of Mahatama Gandhi'. Suggest you read it to understand what Mahatama was all about.
