there are no riots for 5 years in gujarat and will not be.
all riots in gujarat were handiwork of gunda elements encouraged by congress for crazy elements of muslim society.
there will be no more riots if godhra like incidents are not created.
gujarati hindus would like to live in peace.
we believe gujarati muslims belong to gujarat as gujaratis of any other religion. they are free to practice their religion and would just request them not to encourage jehadi elements.
similarly gujarati hindus should also be careful not to encourage fanatics among hindus.
regarding jobs, i know of an incident of a factory where there were two muslims workers. they insisted on going for namaz in the afternoon in nearby mosque.
both of these persons worked as part of pairs in different pairs. when they went out and it took them long, the other person in the pair had to wait.
eventually,they were told either to drop namaz during working hours or leave and they left. they supervisor said that they were good workers and it was a loss to the company.
keep in mind that the factory did not allow hindus also to skip working hours for any kind of puja.

if i were running a factory, no religion will be allowed to be practised as it affects my business. those who want to practice thier religion can join place where it is allowed. this is the major flaw with muslims. they mix religion into every aspect of life just for the heck of it.
