Media's Hate Modi campaign flops
by ramiah vasudevan on Dec 23, 2007 06:54 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Modi has proved that he is the favourite of masses by his convincing win. The Hate-Modi campaign by the biased media has boomeranged, helping him to win comfortably. The TV analysts of results in the beginning gave coloured projections saying it would be a close fight and the Congress may be even able to form a govt! It was Sonia Gandhi who tried to attack Modi by her "maut ka saudagar" remark and the Congress paid for it dearly. It is a triumph of democracy that despite a hostile media which likes to dig up skeletons, talking about the riots and totally ignoring the development of Gujarat under Modi, that the people voted for a leader who knows where he is going.

Yes, Vasu,
The media was not only off the target, completely failed in understanding public mood.

Media shud have guts to apologise to the viewers for biased and wrong reporting all the time!
