Real development can come only under a strong administration. Look at UP, WB, Bihar to see what the pseudo-secular parties have done by ruling these states for decades!! I am not against muslims, but I don't think 18% of the country have the right to decide the fate of the 82% We need a government that will just stop pandering the the minority politics and work on some real development as Mr. Modi is doing. BTW, the first thing that the central government should do is remove the muslim personal law thing!! A country has to have a single set of laws, not a separate set of laws so that a bunch of people can have several wives and have crazy orgies. This is just a disease India has to get rid of.

John, we are fighting against Chinese, but there are Maoists who are Indians, we do not wage war against them, we do police action to dispense justice. Maoists are Indian citizens, our people though misguided and their leadership got to be treated mercilessly.
We are confronting Islamic terror, there are many misguided Indians who are with them, we do not wage war against our own people, we do police actin; contain terror by just application of law.
If you treat Indian Muslims in India as Hindus were treated in Pakistan, you do not get a secular state, but another Hindu Pakistan.

Lets not take up old issues. Even we are hurt of that massacre. We accept that it happened in Gujarat. But can you guarantee that there was no Hindu murdered before this Massacre and all the bogies ot Sabarmati express burnt were empty.
SO rather than opening these wounds which are on both sides one must analyse the complete thing. Did Testa Setalvad, Javed Akthar, etc covered any Hind families who lost their loved ones during the entire Massacre in the train. Was ever a Commission set to compensate the Hindu family during that time. The Answer is NO. Even during Ayodhya Riots many hindus were killed but Srikrishhna commission studied the cases where Muslims were killed and only they were compensated. So in this so called Hindu country Muslim always had a special place. Did u ever hear these Hindu family cry. No! bcoz No media is going to cover their news. Even Hindus are humans and have families and feel pain when their loved ones are killed.
So please be rational and try to take things in their own stride as they come.
One must get above cast and creed and try to be a countrymen first (Indian). If things go properly then what we will have is a true Secular India. As long as we keep fighting as Hindu-Muslim no one except Politicians are going to get benefitted.

Learn to look ahead and learn to live with the majority !!!! It is because of wretched people who created Godhra & continue to perpetrate fundamentalism & allow Bangladeshis to unabashedly infiltrate & spread terror across the country that the time has come for the Majority community to unite, stand strict & resist & crush all this minority pampering for vote bank & the pseudo scecularists !
