we people of india thank election commission to issue this statement and rediff to publish it before results atleast you ahve taken one point from congress or thier main contention would be election were rigged hahahaha

What the EC has omitted to say is that the EC's vaunted achievement was possible only because of Gujarat Government's total cooperation and excellent governance. In other words, it was Modi who ensured "everybody could vote without fear".
