Dear Friend We need to have voting rights either Positive or Negative. Suppose if I dont think anybody is eligible to get selected as MP/MLA then I should hv right to do Negative voting.

Who will decide whether u deserved to vote or not ? Just by virtue of birth some people take prerogative to spoil country !

very good point...saturn and bawlat thought they were better than all politicians then why don't they stand in elections and get all the positive votes they can get?
