The election commission failed to assert itself. If the leaders had violated then why did they stop taking action? They should have banned Modi and Sonia from contesting next elections. Sadly the comments too are biased. Perhaps they too are scared of madam Sonia! Gone are the days when TN Seshan had singlehandedly raised the stature of the EC of India
