If a state chief minister justifies a encounter and killing of a terrorist to avoid bloodshed of innocent people will hurt the feelings of minorities is really hurt the feelings of majority who now things whether the constitution is for the welfare of the people or the people are for the fanfare of the constitution being followed by the congress party for their survival all these years and time has now come to erase this word "secularism" from our constitution as this word really hurts and breeds the terrorism and terrorists in India and almost all the political parties are helpless in this situation as they have to survive on minorities' votes including the terrorists who constitutes the large chunk of voters in India.

No representatives of minority community told that they are hurt. It is only congress & election commissions version. They probably assume that terrorist belongs to minority community are representing minority community?
