I cant believe how idiotic people here are who are supposedly pointing out a mistake.
Cant you even read ?
He wrote highest rainfall in a single day in 14 years.
Before this,the record was 66 cms in one day.
People here are dense.

This figure might be of 14 years ago. The present comparison is of under 14 years.
