No religion allows murdering of innocents!!!! True muslims ( Indian or Paki..) should always raise their voices aginst such senseless killings in the name of Jehad..This amounts to disrespecting Quaran which never allows this.

You are right in saying that Islam forbids killing. But you should have known the facts regarding Taslima. The demonstrations were not against the progressive ideas but due to her writings against Islam. Nothing against Islam or Mohammad will be tolerated. We are allowed to do anything to prevent such things.
