answers to ur questions- 1.This whole world is a test for Muslims for da after life n so it was for Abraham.There is Satan who misguides us and who has already misguided you if u really were a Muslim. 2.Abraham had longed for a child n Allah had granted his wish when he was old n so when he had asked him to sacrifice what was the most closest thing to his heart and that was his son. 3.Allah didnt ask Abraham to sacrifice an innocent animal,Abraham had blindfolded himself and his son at da time of sacrifice and when the sacrifice was done Abraham removed the cloth he saw dat Allah had replaced his son wid a goat and his son was standing behind him.

When you say sacrifice, Allah wanted to check whether Abraham could sacrifice something which was very dear to check his feeling. In agro society cattle was necxt important. Today when you buy a goat from market do you emulate the same value of sacrifice? WOuld you have the guts to sacrifice something very dear to you? That was the essence of the teaching. Today Bakrid is about trading goats which are not dear to anyone, there is no feelign of sacrifice.

Okay i understand ur point but then dat incident happened and the sacrificing of a goat every year became compulsory for muslims,i know ur gonna say this is barbaric etc etc what ever man,just wanted to answer.

1)God wanted to test Abraham 2)God sacrificed his own Son Jesus Christ to save mankind 3)Without sacrifice there is no forgiveness of sins. Thats why Christ is the supreme sacrifice to save entire mankind forever
