Self-respect for the Srilankan Tamil.. yes, but not through LTTE. LTTE is in the process of destroying the Tamil's cause with its ruthless,reckless attitude. India will never allow Eelam in its backyard.RAW takes care of that. Why? That will destabilise TN.
Dravidian parties are anyway no longer mentioning Eelam in their manifestos,as the grass roots support for LTTE is no longer there with the average Tamil in TN.

why should india help, when the tamils theselves dont consider theselves to be indians, tamils cant even respect the national language....have personally seen black smudges on hindi names of official buildings in MADRAS(not chennai).gentlemen learn to respect your own country first.......

Friend, ENGLISH is sufficient for WHOLE WORLD. LEt us learn MOTHER TONGUE and ENGLISH well and LEARN TO RESPECT EACH OTHER. when i come to UP,BIHAR I'll learn HINDI. when you come to TN learn TAMIL. This will lead to greater bond between us. Kindly think. Have you counted how many ARABIC,PERSIAN words are making way into HINDI thru BOLLYWOOD movies?. First try to STOP that else you will become cultural slaves of ARABIA and IRAN!!!.

hindi has been considerd as third language onlyu in some states no where i the costitutionit is mentioned as national language its up to the people wether to speek or not

What a stupid question! Hindi is not the be-all and end-all of India. Tamil Nadu will be like this, what ever you say. First try to understand that India is a country of diversities in religion,Language. Only then India will be India. Else there will be only civil war.

Hello sailor,had too many rums!!! Talking about language even the Bengalis prefer to answer in Bengali even when they know we dont understand Bengali.Keralites do the same. It is plain foolishness on their part and not all Keralites or Bengalis or Tamils are like that and you dont call them anti nationals.
