Can anyone let me know whats the purpose of having such exercises with Other countries?

Is it to ascertain the military might of the other country .. Or Os it to expose our own?

the reason is if there is a common menace being faced by many countries or if there need to show once military might, which u have rightly mentioned, this kinda exercise takes place..but am sure, any military tie up with china will be of no use to us...

see if u do exercise after long time it can reduce the tension in your muscle and after all exercise is good for your body isn't it.
