It is not the case. Now Legally Haneef Can sue the Australian Govt. for defame / wrongfull confinement / loss of Image and demand HUGE Compensation.
I believe he must do that. Pls do not have a Hindu vs Muslim Bias.
This is a fact, No Indian should be mistreated and we should be ONE on this aspect.
I am Hindu and I fully support Haneef, now he is proven innocent , he should ask for huge compansation.
Also Australian Govt. should apologise for all the mistakes which ruined his smooth carreer.
We look at things in such a objective way, only than we can claim we are secular.

Mr Ashok Where is secular there are hardly more than 60 Islamic countries in the world pls choose any one secular?

Not only him; they look on many Indian doctors either hindu,muslim or christian like that. you remember after 9/11 they killed many sheiks from Punjab? they are ignorant people. So Indians must stand united for this case
