Communal VS Secularism
by AnUnknownIndian on Dec 21, 2007 08:33 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

Hmmm - - - - To stop Taslima in PERSON going to Kolkata is secular, but stopping Aamir Khans FILM in Gujrat is communal. Minority appeasement is at its best.

Your comparisons do seem a bit stretched. Most of us think CPIM is more communal than BJP anyway because of its minority appeasement and pandering to Islamic sentiments- and what is happening to a 100% Indian citizen Amir in Gujarat is quite shameful. We should not be competing to outdo fanatics - we are Hindus and our intellectual strength comes from liberal thinking not by copying jehadis and commies.
