i think she has conducted herself well...in the face of family problems etc.She remains quite steady...i do not think we should blame the royals unfairly be-cos they were British...i am sure that if we had indian maharajas instead of her we would have great palaces,temples etc... but definitely no VT station!

You are wrong,She does not do any thing for the country her power is minimum, She just classed as the head of the state nothing else. When the House of Parliament session is opened the door is shut on her face , she is not allowed in,she has to Knock on the door ask for permission to enter. The idea is to remind her that in the countries law is in the hand of the prime minister elected by the public and not in the hands of queen.She is No body. Ask us we know it, We live here.
