I am told, in Calcutta the Marxist govt. of Buddhadeb Bhattacharji & Prakash Karat is collecting Rupee 0.50 per night per person for letting people (mosly from Bangladesh and Bihar/UP sleep on the footpath of Calcutta and 50% amount goes to the CPM party fund. What abt Tamil Nadu?
