I wonder where the parents were when the boy took the car. They are the real culprits for pampering the children. Parents should also made party to the murder and punishment.

Sirram Rags, I hope you look like a half minded person. If childrems makes small mistakes inside home it is ok, but when you allow your children to kill someone whom should we punish. WE should definitely punish parents who gave car key to children. If you loose your kid because of neighbour kid, then you will understand the pain. Dont just put useless matters in portal.
